Freightwatcher.com is a subscription based business. There is a charge to view full load
information. Complete truck searches are free. Also, all load, route, and truck postings are free.
When a user registers at Freightwatcher.com, they are given the choice to subscribe for full access to load information. This is the only way to access a shipper's contact information. This service is supplied on a month by month basis and can be canceled at any time, however, the full monthly charge will still apply for the cancellation month regardless of the day. Service will continue until the last day of the cancellation month. When a user who previously cancelled, renews the service, a full monthly charge is applied regardless of the day of the month during the month of renewal. Months after that are charged normally. A user can cancel subscription by visiting the help page and updating their status, or they can contact Freightwatcher.com via email. A user can resubscribe just as easily by either updating their status or contacting Freightwatcher.com. A user can be completely removed from Freightwatcher.com by contacting us via email. The fee for full access subscription is $10 per month per username. Failure to pay bill at scheduled payment will result in service being canceled. This fee also covers inclusion to the carrier directory with information supplied from registration. |
