| Freightwatcher.com is currently able to process text files provided in a recognizable format. The specifications for the format are listed below. Other formats for receiving postings are available upon request. |

| The sending party must send a text file. | The file must contain the field names on the first row of the file followed by the field data on the other rows with each row representing one posting record. Each row must contain the minimum required fields for posting a record. The field information is avialable by clicking here. The each field header and field name must be enclosed in quotes. All fields must be comma delimited. The last field in the row must not have a comma after it. | The file name should contain the Freightwatcher.com registered prefix followed by a unique name. The file name must contain the file suffix ".txt". |
